PAYMENT
Form of Payment
Payment is at the time of treatment and can be made by debit or credit cards, cheque or cash. Regarding insurance schemes, it is our policy for fees to be paid at the time of treatment and the patient to claim reimbursement from the insurance company.
Medical Insurance
All practitioners at the clinic are fully insured, qualified and registered. Medical insurance schemes may pay or contribute to fees incurred if claimed as osteopathic management/treatment. Please check your policy first.
Appointments
24 hours notice of cancellation will be required. Missed appointments or late cancellation will be charged at full rate. Missed appointments waste time and prevent patients in need from being seen promptly. Thank you for your co-operation.
